Our Little Crafters group is all set up and ready to go! We have a couple more spaces due to illness so it’s not too late to book. Come and join the rainbow fun!

Our new card making club starts this Friday! Over the weeks we will introduce you to a range of card making techniques such as stamping, embossing, painting and quilling, and you will leave each session with greeting cards to use!

This Saturday afternoon come and join our Felted hangings workshop! We will be wet felting and then adding details with needle felting and sewing, before attaching our hangings to driftwood pieces to hang.

Lisa from justmadeby (and The Place Stamford of course) will be demonstrating her fused glass tomorrow with the opportunity for you to drop in and complete a suncatcher. Drop in to the shop any time between 10:30 and 3. Drop ins from £15pp.

Due to a staffing change we are now starting our new Little Crafters group on Friday 20th September, starting with a colourful rainbow theme! One hour of crafty, sensory fun followed (after a little tidy) by coffee and chat.

We are very excited to announce our new toddler group for a Friday morning, Each week we will now be hosting 'Little Crafters'. There will be a variety of creative play activities for your little ones to enjoy with a member of our team facilitating, plus time to play and enjoy drinks and biscuits! Enjoy sensory play, playdough, sticking, painting and more! There will be a different theme each week starting with Rainbows, Dinosaurs and Space for the first three weeks.

emandelscandles have joined us with their gorgeous range of of shaped beeswax candles. Available in the shop now!

We are always very happy to welcome volunteers and due to some team changes we could really do with some help! Whether you’d be able to help us in the shop, help with kids art clubs or have a love for tidying and cleaning send love to hear from you!
We can offer:
- experience working with a fabulous group of people (with a fret team trips to the pub included!)
- chance to try out new art and crafts
- work experience to suit your needs and interests.

We have two fabulous workshops next weekend. Booking for both will need to close soon so that we can order in supplies to please book your places if you’d like to join us!

Sorry due to staffing there’s no baby and toddler group tomorrow, BUT you are very welcome to drop in and have a play in the snug and events room and enjoy and coffee and/or cake!

Anna from sew_sydney_is back with us on Thursday for a tweens and teens patches workshop. Children can learn embroidery stitches and use fabric pens to create some fabulous patches to attach to bags and clothes.

A few photos from this weeks summer art clubs- we were so busy having fun we forgot to take more!

Our next clubs are on Tuesday 13th - choose from morning, afternoon or the full day.

Our Drop in and Play is back tomorrow! Come along between 10am and 3pm.

In the events room there will be toys, sensory tray and activity table aimed at 1-4, plus there are lots of books and games for all ages plus drop in crafts available for all.
