A taste of Ukraine culture A town’s Ukrainian community showcased their culture to mark an important day in their country’s calendar.

Paintings are for sale and a percentage of any sale goes towards Stamford Diversity Group's charity - making Stamford awesome for all!

So yesterday I jumped across to Stamford Arts Centre to deliver my piece 'Migration, Beyond Colour'. My interpretation of a poem 'We Are All Immigrants Here.

I had no idea who had written the poem I had chosen. So was really chuffed to find out that it was Caroline Avnit, the current Stamford Poet Laureate. So pleased that she actually liked it.

The exhibition 'We All live Under the Same Sun' inspired from a poem by Scott Coe, starts today and runs until 31st August.

Lincoln Cathedral are running an event to make a beautiful art installation of paper doves which will be suspended above the Cathedral’s Nave and will be accompanied by music composed by David Harper. It will be on display between 5th September to 14th November.Each dove will have a message of peace, love and hope written on it.

The doves are available now to local community groups including Stamford Diversity Group.
