While they are deeply relaxing, they also hold the power for you to heal within. So I’ll be inviting you to set an intention when you lie down, asking yourself the reason why you’re here - why you choose today to show up - why you feel drawn to sound or energy healing. Perhaps it’s also an invitation to reflect on deeper issues, time for you to confront emotional blockages, and to seek your own personal growth and enlightenment as well.

The beautiful thing about intention setting is that there is no right or wrong, this is a personal journey unique to you.

I recently purchased this Palo Santo diffuser from and wanted to share here for those that asked about it at sessions or for those that saw it and were curious. 🤍

I’m so excited to share with you all that Emily and I are teaming up to bring together a Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Class on Saturday 24 June from 4-5:30pm at The Mill Wellbeing in Duddington.

Yin yoga is a slow, restorative practice - an opportunity to rest and recharge. As we relax into each asana (posture), you’ll have the opportunity to have a Tibetan singing bowl placed onto of your fully clothed body for a sound massage. The slow, gentle stretches along with the healing frequencies and vibrations from the singing bowls will allow you to release tension, improve flexibility and most importantly bring the mind to a steady, quiet state of rest in this immersive experience.

We’ll then lead into a meditation and sound healing session with the crystal singing bowls. As you quiet your mind and deepen into your own healing space, you’ll be surrounded by a flow of sound and energy where your physical body can begin to rest and heal.

Please bring drinking water and wear comfy clothes that allow you to move and stretch comfortably. There are yoga mats and blankets available at the Mill but you are welcome to bring your own if you like.

You are also welcome to bring eye masks, cosy socks and anything else that will help you get comfortable.

You’ve seen them, perhaps you’ve heard them in person, but did you know that my Tibetan singing bowls are all handmade in the Katmandu region of Nepal?

They consist of eight metals: copper, tin, iron, lead, gold, silver, and mercury. These raw materials are smelted and purified before being cast, reheated and hammered into shape all while sacred mantras and chants are sung to imbue the bowls with intent.

The last metal used in the bowls, mercury, is for purifying the alloy of the seven metals while in liquid form. It separates all impurities that may be present in any of the other metals, quickly evaporating and disappearing from the alloy leaving no trace behind. This is why when analyzed scientifically only seven metals are present in my bowls.

Intentions are so powerful, and these lovingly created instruments are not only filled with but we’re also chosen with as well. 🌟

When you align with the vibration of your desires, watch how the Universe lets these desires flow into your life.

When you are stuck in your ego-mind you think about all the limits that block your desires from flowing to you.

When you are in Spirit, you feel the energy of the desire once, and then continue living your life in an uplifting way which is what attracts said desire to you.

As the veil thins, you more easily believe in the possibility of limitless blessings and you no longer worry about how, when or where it will come to you. 🤍
