Arsenic trioxide (As2O3) has been used ther**eutically since the 18th century for various cancers and gained FDA approval for treatment of acute promyelocytic leukaemia.

This study evaluated the anti-cancer potential of homeopathic Arsenicum album 6C on hormone-dependent breast cancer cells (MCF7). Results showed that Arsenicum album 6C halted the cell cycle at the sub-G0 and G2/M phases due to DNA damage from reactive oxygen species (ROS). 🔬

It induced apoptosis by upregulating Bax and downregulating Bcl-2, reversed epithelial to mesenchymal transition, and reduced cell migration. These findings suggest significant anti-proliferative and apoptotic potential against breast cancer cells, warranting further studies to understand the mechanism in vivo.

Second time I've had a letter printed in the Guardian!!!! This time about the long term potential problems with asking children at school to ALWAYS do their best work possible, rather than sometimes letting it be 'good enough".

Now, having had treatment , and been left exercises to do, with the osteopath on Monday, then yesterday a back massage. Much better today, even swam 6 lengths. Now only taking Ruta when I remember. Great healing, sometimes even forget I've had this injury.

So still one arnica last thing ' can't get comfy in bed' is the reason. Then ruta every hour or so , if I remember , in the day. It must be working as fine to drive now, and I managed 4 very slow and steady lengths in the pool this morning. NO WAY is this going to take 6 weeks!!!!

This time last week I was in A&E in Worthing hospital, clutching my arnica obviously! I have damaged my left (thankfully) rotator cuff, the bit that goes below to scapula to under the arm. OUCH!
Luckily (!?) I had 2 grandchildren coming to stay for half term and they could look after me. And there are buses here too! At last off pain killers.... obviously still alternating arnica ( which I think I will be off soon) and ruta, both from the kit. I have some aloe vera heat cream that others have massaged the area with. So you could have done this too couldn't you? Will it take me the 6 weeks they say it will to heal? I'm off to the osteopath too next week, and will keep you all posted! MEGA ouch it was too!
