Today is a very special day! 10 years ago today I qualified as a massage therapist! This career has given me so much joy and so much flexibility to be able to settle down and focus on raising my little family at the same time. I love my clients so much and I love my little therapy room. My 1st and 2nd clients that I ever saw are still monthly regulars today 10 years later.

Today I’m celebrating by making my way to Wembley Stadium to party amongst my fellow swifites with my sister rose ❤️

What a day!!!!

An incredible day to remember!

My Domo completed the London Marathon with an amazing time of 4 hours 20! We couldn’t even keep up with him on the tube 😆 The atmosphere was just incredible! Id never been to see the marathon before. Wonderful seeing all the love ❤️ everywhere and everyone coming together to support each other.

He ran today for Kidney care so if you’d like to make a donation to help him reach his fundraising target then that would be so much appreciated # # #

Had a nice morning off work to go to the London running show with Jamie. The atmosphere was amazing!

Now home for 2 more clients and then it’s Jamie’s turn for his pre race massage before the big day tomorrow.

Hi everyone Hope you’re all really well.

I wondered if I could ask my lovely clients a small favour please. My amazing husband is running the London Marathon this weekend.

I told him to concentrate on his running and I would take charge of the fundraising but I haven’t been as pro active as I should have and unfortunately with race day less than a week away we’re way below target. 😭 less than half in fact whoops.

Last night was pure bliss ❤️ I attended a mindful session with the lovely Sharyn in Corringham where we learnt mindful techniques to take away and use and ended the class with some meditation. I thoroughly recommend making this a monthly part of your self care routine. I felt amazing afterwards and had the most wonderful sleep last night.
