The rise in popularity of darts this year is a lesson for us all.

There was no rest on Sunday this weekend for Jason as he attended Coerver Staff Development Day.

Jason spoke about the role of social media for Coerver Coaching Scotland and how the staff play an essential part in capturing content and stories to share.

It is always great to share tips, but Sunday also allowed us to listen to the Senior Coerver Coaching staff delivering practical and theoretical elements.

Seeing people who are good at speaking to an audience in person was a great reminder of what good habits are needed online.

Have you been able to take in any of the cycling in Stirling the last few days?

The last two afternoons, it's been great to get out of the office to see some of the best cyclists in the world performing on the roads of Stirling.

We might just have to go out again today.
