February is the perfect month to tell you about the wonderful therapeutic properties of Geranium.
It has a balancing and calming effect on the emotions as well as having an excellent reputation in skincare (particularly in women)

You’ll find it as a choice ingredient in many creams, balms and lotions due to its regulating effect for both dry & oily skin types.

🌺The oil’s calming effect makes Geranium helpful in treating palpitations and panic attacks; it is particularly appropriate for people who wake at night feeling hot and panicky.

Add a few drops to your diffuser in the bedroom to give the air those restful scents before sleep 💤
