Our first few runs have had a great turnout, so we’ll be hosting run club every Tuesday over the summer! Apart from Tuesday the 30th of July, as Gregor’s off on holiday that week!
If you haven’t joined us yet and you fancy it then please come along! Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting. We’re looking forward to seeing you there 🙌

Our first Run Club was a hit! 🙌
Thanks to everyone who came along and joined us for our first ever run club led by and 🙌
Even although the weather wasn’t great, there was still a great turnout for the 5k run around Stirling 🏃🏼‍♂️💨
Because it went so well we’ve decided to make this a weekly event, every Tuesday at 7pm at the shop! Everyone is welcome so come along and join us to promote fitness and wellbeing in our community ❤️

⚡️Run Club⚡️ ……. This is something & have been planning for a while! Combining Gregor’s passion for fitness with the shop, & promoting not just looking good, but feeling good too! 💪🏻

So join us on the 9th of July at the shop! You don’t have to be a client, everyone is welcome 🙌

It’s a 5k run led by Darren & Gregor, finishing up back at the shop. After the run we’ll have soft drinks and snacks & Darren will be on hand to help you with any training or nutrition questions you might have.

We plan to host this event monthly to start with & can’t wait to see you there!

⚡️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE READ⚡️
After an amazing almost 5 years at Brown Bears, Cami will be leaving at the end of the month. It’s a mixed bag of emotions, because although we’re sad to see her go and the place won’t be the same without her, she’s leaving to open her own business and we couldn’t be more proud!
Camis last day in the shop will be the 30th of December, and she’ll be opening her new studio space in Bridge of Allan on the 11th of January 2024

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Cami, and although she’s leaving she’ll always be a part of the Brown Bear family ❤️

After gift aid and the money in the donation tin was added to the amount raised, the grand total was £1544.30 🙌

We’re over the moon with the amount raised for such a great cause! Mental health awareness is such an important subject to us at Brown Bears, and something we strive to support, so we’d like to thank everyone who donated for their generosity and support ❤️
