REFORM your body, mind, and spirit with this 6 week group PT course

Join our expert Personal Trainer for weekly group HIFT (High Intensity Functional Training) sessions. These sessions are designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Building strong, functional bodies and mental resilience.

This 6-week program combines high-intensity interval training methodologies with functional strengthening to transform your physique and up your athletic performance.

The goal of HIFT (High Intensity Functional Training) is to target multiple muscle groups—the big ones and the small, stabilizing ones—while mimicking everyday movements like squatting, jumping, pushing and pulling. And by mixing bodyweight strength with cardio exercises, you’ll burn more calories, reduce blood pressure, increase post-exercise fat oxidation and increase muscle growth and neural adaption.

This program will also provide weekly educational sessions focused on sustainable lifestyle change.
