Christmas Eve opening times🎄🎅🏻

☕️It’s that time of year again. Our annual coffee machine service!

Our machine will be switched off on Thursday 7th December from 7:30am and is estimated to take 2-3 hours to complete.

At this time we can only serve teas or any non-coffee cold drinks. Apologies for any inconvenience!☕️

Hello all!

Lately our store and our staff are dealing with more and more incidents with Kingsway students. Remarks towards people’s appearances, horrendous behaviour which truly is embarrassing to witness, trying to get into our shop via the back doors and trying to kick them in. Abuse thrown left right and centre by them, making our work environment and the space for customers an uncomfortable place to stay in.

I’ve got half a mind to post the videos and photos of them on here to be able to get in touch with their parents. It’s a disgrace and an embarrassment. We’ll be contacting Kingsway with the videos and photos we have, and the police have already been informed by the incidents that took place in store yesterday, and the same information will be shared to them.

We apologise to any customers who have witnessed disturbances like this, we try to maintain this environment as a relaxing one to be in to share with friends and family, here’s to hoping the next 6 weeks won’t be a challenge.🤞🏻

Hello all!

Our store has had a particularly grim incident occur in recent times, which has only just been sorted… Our downstairs toilet has been out of use for a while causing major inconvenience to customers who cannot go to the other upstairs.

We were shocked to find out that 3 nappies were flushed down the toilet, causing major plumbing issues throughout the entire store and a horrendous mess. For the sake of our team and customers, a gentle reminder to please, bin your nappies😔

Hey all! Just to let everyone know that we will be closing at 4 today, so sorry if this causes any inconveniences. And wishing everyone a merry Christmas Eve Eve ✨🎅

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and friendly individual to join our team!

Experience isn’t necessary as full training is given in store as well as online training to be completed, but a positive demeanour and a willingness to learn goes a long way.
Preferably looking to fill a full time position, but the more flexibility the better.

Daily roles will consist of face to face customer service, hot and cold drinks training, and general cleaning and store upkeep.

Rate of pay is the National Minimum/Living wage dependant on age.
