What are plantation shutters?

Plantation shutters are shutters made from independently-controlled panels with adjustable louvres (louvres). The panel and slat design give outstanding control over light and air at the same time as protecting your privacy. You can open and close individual panels to suit, as well as tilting the set of louvres within each panel separately.

An increasingly popular window covering, plantation shutters are also perfect for use as room dividers and wardrobe doors.
