It's all a bit emotional here today as school starts back! And it can be so hard to watch a part of your heart go off to someone else, hoping they'll believe in your child as much as you do.

Our brand new workshop is on Monday 19th August.
For children 5 - 7 years to come and work on their cartwheels, handstand, rolls and bridges working both on our floor and beams.
£10.50* for 2 hours.

Our July Acorns at play sessions are available for booking.
In our play sessions children 0-6 years can come and play on our equipment under supervision of their adult. A qualified coach is there to supervise and assist if needed.

Sunday 28th - 10-12pm
Monday 29th - 9:30-11:30am

Our Little Acorn sessions are our exploration sessions. These sessions are family friendly, suitable for single and multiple children, babies are welcome.

Did you know we did nursery sessions?
Here is our setup yesterday for a nursery in Hazel Grove. We do two 30 minute sessions, one with Toddlers, and one with Rising 3s.

Our first week of our Spring Garden sessions are halfway through.
We have been talking about seeds, watering, planting, and composting, along with learning our gymnastics skills, which include turning on the beam, forwards rolls, handstand progressions, and squatting on the bar.

Places available in our preschool classes.

Our preschool classes are a chance for you and your preschool child to come and explore the equipment whilst learning gymnastics skills and progressions and learning about our theme.

🌳Little Acorn classes for walking to 4 years is our exploration session, we start and end with a group activity and demonstrate our 3 circuits but children are able to use the rest of the equipment due to the nature of the session.

🌳Buds classes are for 2 - 4 years again we start and finish with a group activity. We try to encourage children to work with us on the current circuit with our suggested activities.

🌳Seedlings classes are for children 3 - 4 years starting and finishing with a group activity, we try to encourage their independence from their adult more within this class and working on our given activity.

With over 20 years coaching experience with 15 years preschool coaching experience we have what it takes to build the basics for your child's gymnastics journey.

Our set up for Saturday morning sessions this morning.
Our 2- 4 year olds in our Buds class worked on our Sports theme and our 4 - 6 year olds in our Little Oaks class worked on basics on floor and vault, bars and beam.

Next week is our last week of this half term. Come and join us before the half term holidays.
