Client had an artex ceiling and wanted a smooth finish! So over-boarded the existing not wanting to expose any possible asbestos materials! Due to the Bungelow being stood for years and the last electrical test took place in 1995!! Ready for our plasterer to call in the morning! And then install new spots next week!!
