It's been an absolute joy to follow on this herringbone floor from another room. This is Karndeans Lime Washed Oak with a 2 plank border & feature stripping!

I ❤️ a challenge & this floor delivered! We started with 25mm ply building up the height to the kitchen, then 6mm SP101 plyboard & screeding the kitchen, creating perfect levels. 👌 After a bit of grinding and feathering, we were able to lay Brampton Chase Smokey Bay planks.

The sub-floor was quite tricky to prep 🤔 with a mixture of concrete & floorboards in different areas. The final result after the install looks stunning! I'm immensely proud of this one due to the hard graft to achieve a perfect floor! 👍💫🫶
