In other news !! Extra underlay will be getting laid next Thursday the 16th of May at 10:30 am. So they will be no lip.
Also....... yes, there's more. The bar has now been taken out to make more room in the studio. It looks rough at the moment. That being said, the electrics and plumbing are getting removed, and a nice new floor is getting laid π.
There's more! ...... All the cracks and dints in the walls are getting painted and repaired in the same colour, of course.

Myzone Zombie Challenge beginning 30th October! π§ββοΈ
Here's the deal! H1VE Coaches are the zombies. You guys our H1VE members are the humans.
The humans get a 1 week head start to earn as many Meps (Myzone effort points) as possible through your Myzone account and using your Myzone belt, beginning 30th October.
On Monday 6th November the H1VE Coaches join in (the zombies)!
The goal? To be the last human standing after the 30th of November with more Meps than any Zombie!

This Saturday 23rd September our H1VE F1VE fundraising event is taking place from 8am - 12.30pm! 4 out of 5 sessions are fully booked so its going to be a fantastic day! π

Did you know, some studies have shown that working out with others can increase how long you exercise for! Having someone there to motivate you can make working out more fun - and we all know that time flies when youβre having fun!

The kettlebell swing is a great way to increase heart rate and burn calories π₯ While kettlebell swings are a full-body movement, they mostly target the muscles along the posterior chain (back of the body). The main muscles used are the glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors, and muscles of the upper back πͺ
H1VE Combat π₯ There's four chances to give combat a go each week, so if you're yet to try it out and want a workout that targets your whole body while letting off some steam then get yourself booked on today π Next Combat session is in one hour folks.. hope to see you there!

At the H1VE we love a squat, but why? π€ Squats are arguably one of the best lower body exercises there are. As long as the movement is performed correctly and safely they are fantastic for not only building strength but burning calories too. The squat works so many different muscle groups such as the quads, glutes, adductors and the core π₯
