Started this chi kung class as a six week introduction course for people interested in improving their health.
The idea was to teach the basics and get people knowledgeable and self sufficient in the exercises.
11 years later......
Class is still running with the most dedicated group for chi kung I've ever had the pleasure of teaching.
I never envisioned the class taking off as it did.
Most of the class have been there since day one and a few we've picked up along the way.
Friday morning is my favourite day of the week and a great way to get going with a solid hour of chi kung with like minded people.
Thanks to you all for your spirit and commitment.
See you Friday!
