From next week we will be extending our gym opening hours for the summer! Every day, except Friday, we'll now be opening at 9am so there's more time for you to fit in a workout. 💪

Due to a school parent's evening taking place on Tuesday 30th April until 7pm the car parks at Hazel Grove Sports Centre will be very busy. Please see the attached photo for additional parking spaces at the back of school, accessed from the main car park.

This class incorporates cardio and weight training to work the full body and leave you feeling pumped! We also do a 15 minute targeted core workout to strengthen and tone your abs. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels. Pay as you go for £5 per class or free for fitness class members.
