This is a clinical style pilates class, ideal after rehab, if you've never done pilates before or you just need an easier class.

We have a few spaces available in a fun, dance fitness class, ideal for the active older adult (most people who attend are in their 60s to early 70s). If you'd like to try a class for free, message me by pressing the button below.

Fridays 11.05am to 11.55am at The Hockley Centre (part of The Poynton Christian Fellowship), 309 Park Lane, Poynton Sk12 1RJ.

Dance to lots of different music like merengue, pop, cha-cha and charleston. Learn easy dance moves. No jumping or twisting. It's a fab way to burn calories, keep fit and exercise with a group of friendly, likeminded, people.

I have a new class starting in Bramhall. It's a low-level pilates class so ideal for beginners or if you're returning to pilates after a break.

You're welcome to try a free class.

It's a small group, friendly, class where you'll get individual attention. I can adapt exercises to suit your needs. You'll gently feel stronger, more mobile and more relaxed by the time you leave.

Classes run in half term blocks. They're Β£9 per class so a 6 week block would be Β£45. Message me if you'd like any further details.

If you feeling wobbly you could hold on to a wall or chair to do this. It's a lovely beginner balance exercise that we progress in classes. Nice for strengthening the ankles and legs as well.

The ab curl is a fab exercise to help strengthen the abdominals and neck. The trick is to maintain a good position with the lower back, neck and head throughout. It's a foundation exercise that can be advanced in a million different ways and can also be adapted for people who may have injuries etc.
