Just want to give some special recognition to two of my amazing clients who have both made me very proud today ❤️

who is currently training for next months . An already experienced runner but started training with me last year to improve her overall strength. Well.. she smashes every session and today PB’d at Liverpool Half Marathon with an incredible time of 1.39 hour 🔥💪
Next up is Sarah, who has been strength and conditioning training with me for 14 months, but only started running towards the end of the last year… she’s now got the running bug… and completed her 2nd 10k race of 2024 today 🙌🏃‍♀️Sarah is fitter, stronger and more committed to her health and fitness goals than ever.

Well done to you both 💓 this is just the start….. 🔥

HYROX come down is real!

Feeling a little flat today after being in a Hyrox bubble for what feels like forever!

This is completely normal, and the best way to get over it is to look at the next challenge! I’ve upped my running game recently and so Manchester Half Marathon at the end of May sounds like a good next challenge. I love body building and lifting heavy weights 🏋🏼‍♀️ and running short faster runs. So a long distance race will be new to me!

I’ll be 💯 competing in Hyrox again, it what we do at . Plus me and have unfinished business 😉 So Hyrox training is just part of my weekly training now anyway.

Who’s joining me?? They do a 10k race too on the day 🏃‍♀️

Hyrox Manchester 2024… where do I start!
Best experience ever, such an amazing event.
Paired up with my mate and fellow Pepper Road Coach and competed in mixed doubles.
We’ve trained so hard and I’ve loved all of it.
We had a plan on how we were gonna attack the race but unfortunately it didn’t go quite to plan as Paul wasn’t well 🦠 and hit a wall really early on in the race. Everyone who knows him, knows what a machine he is. He is the powerhouse out of the 2 of us, and on another day we would have got a faster time I’m sure, but we got the job done and still got an amazing time for our first event 💪🏃‍♀️

Paul and Lucy have been working so hard over the last 9 months so it’s going to be really exciting to see what they put together on Sunday! These two will be going for it, they are targeting to push the 1 hour 5 mark!

That’s a wrap for Spain 🇪🇸

Ran 8 out of the 10 days I’ve been here, running a total 51km 🏃‍♀️

Been a mixture of 5k, 8k, and 10k’s and has included short fast runs, steady longer runs, tempo and sprints 💨

Some have felt amazing, some I’ve hated!! (Especially the hungover News Year Day one 🫠) but with no access to a gym and Hyrox round the corner I cracked on.

It’s been fun, but get me back to cause I’m ready to lift some heavy weights 🏋🏼‍♀️💪 before I fall out of love with running 😂

Let’s reset together!

Summer holidays are over for most! Hopefully it’s been fun filled, but I understand that this often involves over indulging on holidays and days out 🍹🥂🍕🍦these times making memories are meant to be enjoyed!

Putting on a couple of lbs over the summer holidays is completely normal!

Please don’t panic and opt for over restrictive diets… get back to tracking your calories and nailing the basics and we’ll soon be back on track together!

Routine is key for so many people. Prioritise some time for yourself ❤️

New running trainers day 🏃‍♀️

For me and my current training goals, its all eyes on at the end of January. With 8 x 1k runs as just one element to the fitness race, running is now a main priority in my weekly training. This will be a mix of speed work and distance running.

I’ve ran for years but never been to a running shop to have a pair of trainers properly matched to my feet and my training goals. They feel amazing!

The staff at in Hazel Grove were so helpful.

Applicants must be a fully qualified and insured level 3 Personal Trainer. It is vital that anyone applying is hard working, reliable and a team player.

This is a self-employed position and you must be looking to build up a client base for a career in personal training. No payable rent, the rent for this position is to deliver 4 group PT sessions a week for the gym, times can be negotiable. All other earnings would be 100% your own. Extra earning opportunities are also available.

The ideal trainer would have a passion for either of the following, Functional Fitness, CrossFit, HYROX.

Sarah Lou has been working with me for 10 weeks now.

A busy mum of 4, and a business owner, prioritising time for herself can be challenging! But she has committed to her sessions and is already making great progress.

Sarah is already lean, and her goal is to get fitter, stronger and have muscle definition. Learning to lift weights, that are progressively getting heavier each week, alongside conditioning work, will give Sarah the results she works so hard for 💪🔥

BUDDY TRAINING 👭

Would you prefer to train with a friend/family member/partner or work colleague?

So what is ‘buddy training’…🤔?

It’s personal training for 2 people committed to training together 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

What’s the benefit?

It’s great fun!! We have a laugh, but we work hard at the same time! Pushing and encouraging each other throughout the session.

You can share the cost of a PT session with your buddy, making it more affordable 🤩

You don’t have to have the same fitness levels or be as strong as each other either. Adaptions can and will be made so you’re both working towards your individual goals

You can chat and share ideas on food and nutrition with each other, supporting each others own ‘journey’ whether it’s fat loss or strength and fitness goals

It’s amazing for your mental health!!

You are committed to training with your ‘buddy’. So on the days where you may lack motivation, you won’t want to let each other down!

I have mums/daughters that train together, best friends and work colleagues too!
