What a month! We have so far travelled over 2500 miles this month supplying our delicious food across the country!

Well if my Easter weekend couldn’t have been any busier… 👨‍🍳

We received a call on Saturday evening to cater for a chartered private jet flight on Sunday morning. This gave me 12hrs to prepare a full meal and box it ready for the early flight on Easter Sunday! Thanks to for supplying the delicious meat and last minute provisions 🙈

True Duckhouse Style we always say yes! 12hrs later we served up our first ever inflight private dining experience at 41,000ft

No time to clean the exterior of the van 🙈
The Menu included the following

Fillet of Beef with Potato Terrine, Green beans wrapped in prosciutto, crispy kale, artichoke horseradish puree and red wine jus

Loin of Lamb with Juniper Jus, dauphinoise potatoes, roasted roots, buttered carrot with a parsley crumb

Chicken Ballotine stuffed with Black Garlic, oyster mushroom, fondant potato, carrot and red cabbage puree and chicken jus

American Style Pancakes with maple syrup and fruit

Following a recent inspection in December Mrs Kirkham's cheeses were subject to a precautionary recall for suspected Shiga-toxin producing E. coli

Nothing was found! 40 Samples taken and NO STEC WAS FOUND!

The brand has had no positive support following this finding.
