Just wanted you all to know about this amazing event in November. I've been invited along to The Winter Wellness Day ran by the wonderful Jane from Feel Good Holistics & Training to lead an aromatherapy workshop where you can make your own aromatherapy blend to use when meditating. You will also get to practice Qigong techniques to boost the immune system, take part in a guided meditation, lean about ways to boost the immune system over the winter months and relax during a Yin Yoga Soundbath. Lunch will be provided and tickets for the whole day are £48. This is an fabulous opportunity for those of you who are looking to improve your physical and mental well-being during the winter months.
