ASDA cash pot for Schools
Did you know you can raise money for St Michael’s PTFA every time you shop at ASDA?.
Cashpot for Schools runs throughout September to November. Asda will be donating millions of pounds to Primary School PTAs and is funded by a donation from Asda, and not by its shoppers.
Simply choose St Michael’s Stoke Gifford in the Asda Reward app and Asda will then donate 0.5% of the value of your shopping during the qualifying period to our Cashpot.
We would love to raise as much as we can for St Michael’s and we would really appreciate your support when shopping in at ASDA or by sharing widely within your social circles.

Welcome to the school holidays! We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported another incredible year of fundraising for St Michael’s CofE Primary School Stoke Gifford, and especially our fabulous volunteers. We have raised over £56,000!! We hope you all have a wonderful break over the summer.

We are delighted to announce that our Summer Fair, sponsored by James Crumpton - Bristol Property Expert, has raised an incredible £7,250 for St Michael’s CofE Primary School Stoke Gifford!

Every single penny will be invested back into school for the benefit of the children. To know that so many amazing memories were made at the same time as raising such a huge amount, is the icing on the cake.

Thank you to everyone who played their part to make it happen!

What a day!! The sun shone, the atmosphere was brilliant and the whole place buzzed with people enjoying themselves.

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped to organise today's amazing Summer Fair, who volunteered as part of the set up crew, on a stall or helped us tidy up. Thank you to our amazing performers in the Arena and all our traders. Thank you for the donations from school families which meant so many stalls could go ahead. Thank you to the local businesses who donated to our BBQ. Thank you to our sponsor, James Crumpton - Bristol Property Expert. And thank you to the record-breaking number of people who came to enjoy the fair and help us raise money for the school we love.

Our BBQ is always a huge hit at the Summer Fair. A huge thank you goes to Buxton Butchers at Bristol, Joe's Bakery Bristol and Mark's Mobile Butchers for donating burgers, rolls and sausages to our event. The support from these local businesses really helps us provide excellent food and raise even more money for St Michael’s CofE Primary School Stoke Gifford! Printer Ink recycling box

Did you know we have a printer ink recycling box that is situated in the main entrance to the school, at the office.

If you, or your family and friends, have any used printer ink cartridges please bring them in and drop them off in the box at the office.

We can raise money for the PTFA for every HP or Canon cartridge collected but we will take all used printer cartridges, so please tell friends, family and work colleagues.

Our project to raise money for improvements to the outside spaces at St Michael's School has been shortlisted for a public vote in Tesco Blue

Voting closes on 30th June

You get a token, or two everytime you shop. Please vote for us as many times as you are able with your tokens at your local Tesco store.

Voting takes place from the 1st April and you will be able to vote until the end of June at a number of local stores, including Tesco Express (little Tesco), Tesco Extra (big Tesco) and stores in Clifton, Winterbourne, Filton and Henleaze.

Please tell your family and friends and help us to spread the word to gain some much needed funds for the school.

At the start of this Volunteers Week, we wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who volunteers to support the children of St Michael's School through our amazing PTFA.

We are privileged to have such incredible volunteers who deliver such a range of events and ways to get involved raising thousands of pounds and increasing the opportunities for the children at St Michael's.

We are also incredibly lucky to have a wider support network of families, husbands and wives, parents and staff who support in so many ways and without whom we wouldn't be able to do what we do for the PTFA.
