EPIC Housing has a small pot of funding to share with local charity and voluntary organisations. Weโd like you, our tenants, to help us decide who benefits from this funding, so we can ensure weโre helping the organisations that matter to you!
If you volunteer for or have received services from a local group or charity, please take a moment to tell us about them and the work they do, by filling out this short survey: https://forms.office.com/e/zRT38uUxVs
As a thank you, weโll pick 2 entries at random to win a ยฃ20 shopping voucher through Housing Perks!
Last week we were delighted to present the new Rev. Malc of St Stephen's Church Bentilee with a cheque for ยฃ738 following our fundraising efforts last year.
We chose St Stephenโs as our Charity of the Year for 2023/24 and in addition to fundraising we supported them in various other ways, such as arranging for their shed to be painted with fire retardant paint and collecting chocolates at Christmas and Easter.
Thanks to Hankinson's, Brenden Fern Limited, JRB Construction Ltd, Broad Oak and Cropper Grounds Maintenance Ltd for their contributions which helped us raise this money for St Stephen's Church.
UPDATE: Sorry, all current funding has now been spent and we are unable to accept any new applications.
If you email [email protected] we can keep your details on file. The email needs to include: your name and address, the name, date of birth, and school of all children you wish to apply for vouchers for, and whether or not you have signed up for the Housing Perks app.
Following on from the success of our Winter Coat Campaign, weโre pleased to announce our School Shoes Campaign, to help parents in EPIC Housing properties prepare for the new school year.
The campaign is being kindly supported by Hankinson Whittle who have generously donated funding to help us support more families.
EPIC Housing tenants can apply for a ยฃ20 Housing Perks voucher for the purchase of school shoes for up to 3 children aged between 4 and 16 years. To qualify, the children must be registered as household members on the tenancy details and must be returning to school full time in September 2024 (we canโt accept applications for children going to college or further education). Vouchers will be supplied via the Housing Perks app.
