Final day tomorrow, thankfully avoided the inverter and 3 batteries going in the loft but still had to carry it up 2 lots stairs.

Another install began. Another 10 panels to go on and then the back breaking task of putting 3 batteries in the loft.
I will add that we know that batteries and the inverter in the loft isn't the optimal place for the equipment but in this case there isn't a great deal of choice.

We see a lot of quality work undertaken by other trades and as a result we get know who does a good job and who doesn't.

I didn't know who this tiler is but they must've been trying the new dot and dab method that they learnt when dry lining 🤦‍♂️

Feel sorry for any that might be thinking of hanging any pictures or such like in the future.... Plumbers just stick their pipes anywhere!

Back on a kitchen job doing some 2nd fixing after some van issues delayed it by a few days. Downlights are in and all sockets went on, just waiting for an appliance to arrive and do some under cupboard lighting.

We've all been there. That's gonna hurt for days. Who needs plasters when you have insulation tape!

Hopefully everyone will have an RCD in their consumer unit. These devices save lives! But how many of us "test" them to check if they're working correctly.

If you have a RCD, RCCB, RCBO... these should be tested every 6 months.
I know, if we knock the power off we've got to go round setting the clocks and it's really inconvenient but, what is 10 minutes of inconvenience when it comes to a life?

First of all I wish I could take photos that are an Instagram friendly size.
Anyway, nice job today running a spur up the chimney breast and chasing in a HDMI cable to help conceal all cables. Put in a 2g socket just in case the client had a home hub or something similar and is now able to plug it in without cables trailing.
