I’ve had a lot of messages on here this weekend which have been responded to this morning. Just a heads up, I have 3 full working weeks left before I will be taking a whole week off . (which I have never done 🙈)

Pretty happy with one of the new completion gifts I am posting out to clients. These are made by another small business and posted direct out to my customers new homes through their letter boxes 🍫 and seem to be going down well too 😁

I like Fridays as they mean I get sent completion pictures from clients. After 3-4 months of hard work between me and the solicitors , it’s nice to see them over the line 🔑 🏡 🍾 Enjoy and Congratulations ! ♥️

And she’s back, just in time for the weekend 🙈 I think I will be talking mortgages in my sleep playing catch up 😆🎊

Just a heads up that my trusted laptop that I run my whole business from gave up the ghost on me on Monday. So whilst it’s being fixed, I am trying my best to keep on top of all of your work on the home office computer which is not quite as well equipped as my laptop was. So please bare with me , it’s been a testing week so far 😁

A none business related post as I am taking the day off today but I was hoping to try and get some recommendations for any nice places to holiday in this country which is good for the dogs to come along as well ?

A lovely clients Instagram story this weekend. This one was a little tricky (to say the least) to get over the line so some completion flowers went down a treat , plus peony’s are one of my favourite blooms 🌺

Pretty quiet on here lately as spinning lots of plates behind the scenes. New month , and lots of new mortgages to sort out this week for both and old new clients 🥰

Had a lovely day yesterday sheering sheep and doing some jobs outside with my two girls at home, it was nice to see some sun for a change. ☀️❤️

Just arrived home from work to these gorgeous flowers waiting for me from my lovely client Steph as a thank you gift .. 🥰 Xx

Very happy with my new shed at home that we have successfully put up between us in the evenings this week after work. Let’s see how much rubbish I can fill this with and how little amount of time it takes me to do so 😆🔨🪚

I mean out of all of the places I could think to lie as a cat, in one of the admin paper trays wouldn’t be my first choice .. 🙈

I was lucky enough to receive the biggest and most beautiful bouquet this morning through the post with a lovely note attached. Very touched. Today is a good day 😀

Back to work full swing today. Lots to sort out so looks like it will be a long day ahead.

I managed to take the afternoon to paint my living room yesterday, and after taking everyone’s advice I went for the lighter colour 😊🏡

40 miles walked in 5 days , 5 different points on the map visited , plenty of cider and good stodgy good consumed. Me and my Bonnie have loved every minute 🥾 but being the home girl I am , I am ready to get back to normality tomorrow 😊

As of tomorrow morning I am exploring down Cornwall with the hound 🐕 for a few days.
