If you have had one of our best selling cheese bakers for Christmas then share your pictures!!!! In the meantime here is some inspiration with a fab recipe. Sage and Mushroom baked Brie, serve with crusty bread. 🧀🥖​

This baker is proudly 'Made in France' from High Resistance ceramic (Stick it in the oven, the freezer, the oven again, the microwave or the air fryer), this baker is the perfect vessel for cooking any bakeable cheese inc. camembert, brie or even raclette style cheese (happiness).​

Method:​

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4​

Insert a knife into the skin of a ripe camembert or brie wheel and cut a cross of around 5cm in the centre. Place into your Cheese Baker, close the lid and bake for 20-25 mins.​

During this time, clean 120g of button mushrooms with a damp paper towel and cut them into ½cm slices.​

Melt 15g of butter in a frying pan, and the mushrooms and 3 sage leaves. Add freshly ground salt and pepper and saute for around 10 mins, tossing until golden.​

Deglaze with 50ml of dry white wine and continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated.​

Remove the cheese baker from the oven and take off the lid. Using a knife, gently lift the skin in the centre and place the mushrooms in the melted cheese.​

Serve immediately with steamed new potatoes and crusty bread.​
