Four years ago today, Computava began trading as a business. We first moved into an office at Environment House, and we began to trade on this very day back in 2020. Whilst our business is no longer office-based, our services and solutions remain available with our home and business visits - as well as our virtual and remoting options. It's safe to say that since 2020, we've successfully expanded further into a variety of fields within the IT sector and beyond - which was our exact aim when we started. 💻
Despite no longer being office-based, this has not deterred us from expanding into exciting fields. Since the post from exactly one year ago today, we've expanded into the field of gaming - from classic and retro console repairs to high-specification and modern gaming PC builds! 🎮 We've also began our YouTube channel and TikTok account, in which content now appears on both platforms! 🎥 Our eBay account is also continuously busy at work, with over 2,300 orders having been completed since we began to trade on there from the end of February 2020! 🛒
On top of all this, we're not stopping there! We've got more exciting expansion plans already in the works, including the launch of our business divisions which are due to launch as of today - and will allow us to specialise in various sectors, both within and beyond IT, in a structured state whilst still offering: home IT support (e.g. laptop issues, mobile device errors, etc.), business IT support (e.g. website maintenance, server backups, etc.), general sales (e.g. custom-built PCs, games, etc.) and automotive assistance (e.g. vehicle radio decoding, motherboard troubleshooting, etc.). We have began to re-structure our website as of this morning to adhere to these, as well as complete some other amendments, and will provide further updates as to how our business divisions will operate very soon! 💼

A few days ago, we posted about a "re-structure" of Computava from 17th February - which marks the four-year anniversary of when we started trading. The year of 2023 was the start of us expanding into the field of gaming, and the year of 2024 is the start of us expanding into further fields. 📈
After the above date next month, Computava will introduce business divisions. This will allow us to specialise in various sectors, both within and beyond IT, in a structured state - whilst still offering: home IT support (e.g. laptop issues, mobile device errors, etc.), business IT support (e.g. website maintenance, server backups, etc.), general sales (e.g. custom-built PCs, games, etc.) and automotive assistance (e.g. vehicle radio decoding, motherboard troubleshooting, etc.). 💼
We believe that the introduction of business divisions will make it easier for customers and clients to find what we offer. Our website and social media accounts will be updated in a structured manner to allow the public to find a specific service or solution under a newly-created division. These divisions have not yet been named, as we intend to include and integrate some of them with the upcoming Computava Store, but we will post further information in the coming weeks regarding naming - as well as which services and solutions will fall under each division. 🏨

Today, Computava celebrates its 4th Birthday! 🎂🍰
It was four years ago today when Computava was founded, and what an incredible journey it has been so far! From battling coronavirus restrictions not long after we launched to adapting different working methods, and from being primarily office-based to becoming mobile-based, we have certainly had a rollercoaster of a journey - but here we are, four incredible years on! The year of 2023 was the start of us expanding into the field of gaming, and we have a very exciting announcement for further fields to expand in for the year of 2024! From 17th February this year, which marks the four-year anniversary of when we started trading, we will be having a "re-structure" that will bring many exciting changes to the business! Be sure to stay tuned for an announcement later in the week!😊

Thank you to everybody who has bought from our eBay store over the festive period up to now! As some may have seen from our previous post, we have been sending items to addresses all over the world - and we thank you all for your purchases! 🎄
We previously upgraded our free & default delivery option for addresses in UK to a 24-hour service, as Christmas Day is fastly approaching, which meant that any items purchased from us on a working day was expected to arrive on the following working day. This also applied to items sent to the processing centre for worldwide shipping, to ensure that items arrived there within 24 hours. The cut-off date and time for us posting items to arrive at addresses in EU countries before Christmas Day was 15th December at 4:30PM. We would now like to state that the cut-off date and time for us posting items to arrive at addresses in the UK before Christmas Day is today at 4:30PM. 🕟
We are still able to send items via a premium dispatching service for delivery before Christmas Day, but we urge anybody interested in this to contact us as soon as possible. If you proceed to purchase from us without contacting us first, it is very likely that any items will arrive after Christmas Day - as all items are generally sent by our default shipping option. As we approach Christmas Day, we have upgraded our free & default delivery option for the UK to a 24-hour service - which means that any items purchased from us on a working day is expected to arrive on the following working day. Today, we remembered the brave armed forces members who died in the line of duty during wars - and commemorated the armistice agreement that ended the First World War on Monday, November 11, 1918, at 11AM, on the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month. We will remember them. 🌹
