Condition Report (EICR)

Electrical installation must meet regulated standards in order to ensure safety. Faults with the fuse board, switches or sockets could cause electric shock or fire, causing injury and damage to occupants

Gas Safety

By law, a landlord is required to get a Gas Safe registered engineer to do an annual gas safety check on all gas appliances. The results of these checks are recorded in your Landlord Gas Safety Record.
