I think it's the attention to the details that made it so wonderful: The staff are friendly, helpful and polite and know what they are doing. The range of drinks at the spa is fantastic. The breakfast menu was a delightful surprise. The dinner was spot-on in every way. The decor everywhere is stunning. Things like having windows in the sauna so you can see outside, the beautifully tended herbs and plants, the immaculately clean swimming pool, the comfortable beds.. the list goes on.
