Tired of walking down stairs to the bathroom !!!

Firstly we were called for a new boiler with system conversion. Within the price we upgraded the gas pipe, installed a wireless smart thermostat, installed a 10Year warranty boiler, installed a new magna clean filter, completed a full magna cleanse of the system and balanced the radiators. Our customer cannot believe how hot there radiators now get and how little they have to actually adjust the thermostat now.

Secondly to make life easier for our customer we were asked to fit a thermostatic bath filler to the bath, in order to do this we would have to remove the tung and groove bath panel that could of got damaged in the proses, so a new bath panel would be needed and an extra long reach hose to a hand held shower.

We best advised our customer not to do this due to the wallpaper and tung and groove timber around the bath, as it could swell/split and cause damage to the sub structure of the house.

With a slight tweak to the original quote we were able to install wall panelling, bath screen and a wall mounted thermostatic shower with rain fall head.

A chemical flush done today.
This boiler was really struggling with a circulation issue, radiators weren’t getting warm, hot water was hit and miss and over heating. We treated the system flushed it all out added a cleaner chemical and let the magnets do the work.
Now this boiler is more efficient and all of the above are now working.
