You may have heard on the news about the National Nail Tech Price Increase Day lately and while we here at Flawless 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 be increasing any nail treatment prices today, we are 100% behind this cause!! 💕

When I (Chanel) started back in the industry in 2006 🙈 I got into it because I just had a passion for everything nails, beauty and hair. Always did. If you asked me when I was younger what my dream was, it was to have my own salon one day. I practiced different treatments since I was very little on family and friends, sometimes with very ugly results 😂

But to be open with everyone, we all know this sector as a whole, nails, beauty, hair, aesthetics etc, has become extremely undervalued, under appreciated and underpaid. Every single day I see posts on social media about how much we’re struggling and want to give up (see pics) and it’s heartbreaking.

So when you see all the posts about your prices being put up in your salon, and other salons, please understand we are just humans trying to work a job, same as every other job. If you have booked an appointment, please do the decent thing and just pay the deposit and follow it through or if you do need to cancel just be open and tell us. Don’t leave us sitting twiddling our thumbs. Imagine your boss cut 2hrs wages from your wage just because 🤷🏻‍♀️ you wouldn’t be very happy, and quite rightly. Now imagine that happens several times a week.

The reason for this cause is on average a nail tech is working for LESS than £7 an hour. Now remember that’s an average, and think how over saturated the market is, so imagine how many people make less or even worse, working for nothing but the passion.

Please be kind and respect your therapists, techs, hairdressers etc. At the end of the day, we just want to make you feel even more beautiful than you already are 🥰

‼️ SERVICE UPDATE ‼️

Hi everyone hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year 🥰

I have came to the decision to temporarily suspend pedicures/foot treatments. This is not a decision I have made lightly as it can be one of our more popular treatments, however whatever is going on with my back is making these services unbearable to do due to the amount of pain they cause.

I will of course honour any appointments that are already booked but I will not be offering any future appointments until my back is fixed or I am able to provide these treatments without being in severe pain.

I really hope you can understand that my health has to come first and apologise for any inconvenience caused! 🤍🤍

Hey everyone hope you all had a lovely Christmas and new year! We were supposed to be reopening today, however unfortunately I have this horrible flu that is going around and I’d really hate to pass it onto anybody!!! Apologies to my clients i have had to reschedule today. Just give me a couple of days and everything will be back to normal. Thanks for your understanding 💗💗
