We recently contacted PH regarding what we thought was a leak resulting from the bathroom installation, Tom responded quickly by visiting us in person, and after investigating found a horrendous leak, up to 1 litre of water escaping every time the toilet was flushed. Although this was a historic leakage and no fault of PH, they set about lifting floor boards, replacing pipes and had the problem fixed in no time at all. As the company was about to close for the summer break, and obviously had work to complete that week, I think this was an excellent example of customer service. Thoroughly recommended.
