The Hypnotherapy Practice, Milton Keynes

It’s been a beautiful day for a round of golf. I actually do hypnotherapy for golfers who have their lost their confidence or cannot focus on the course.

My youngest and I went to her first concert last night, Taylor Swift at Wembley. She loved it! It was a great show.

House sitting in the beautiful countryside only 20 mins from Milton Keynes but feels like a million miles away.

Back to work tomorrow! Santorini was lovely.

A great stop smoking review from someone I saw at the start of the year.

I’m at 50 Google reviews! I see a couple of hundred clients a year so 50 is a fraction of people I’ve seen over the last 17 years, but I’m grateful to all the clients who have been to see me, whether or not they’ve done a review.

The weekend saw me visiting a country I’ve never been to before, Austria. I was in the city of Vienna which was even more beautiful than I thought it would be. With amazing weather, excellent food and lots to do, I can recommend it.

We’ve certainly had some rain!

Today was a long day with quite a bit of driving. Giant’s Causeway and Rope Bridge.

🥳🤩 A Sunday Times journalist rang me in the new year asking about the Hypno-Band sessions I do. She asked if I had an ex client who would talk to her. I checked with Joyce who I knew has lost a few stone in a short space of time and they’ve quoted her in the magazine piece! My Mum happened to cut it out for me, not realising it was to do with me! 🙂

People don’t often realise I do Stop Va**ng sessions as well as Stop Smoking. New review in from a client who I’ve helped with her va**ng.

It’s meant to be the most depressing day of the year, but personally I can’t remember the last time I felt more positive and optimistic in January. Plus the sun is shining even if it’s freezing. Bonus!

New Stop Smoking review just in. Always lovely to get an unexpected review. This lady had been smoking for 33 years with little luck in quitting before she saw me back in May.
