On average our beeswax votive pairs burn at least 95% of fuel when burnt using one of our glass votive holders.

Our Molten II range are our largest pillars, with a top burn time of up to 220 hours (73 days if burning for an average of 3 hours per day).

We had the pleasure of staying at with our group Svartland Vikings vikings for the International Living History Festival this weekend. The 15th century town house was a favourite, there they have these beautiful examples of window covers. Made using a frame covered in linen and finished with beeswax. They blocked the windows from drafts but still allow a beautiful golden light as you can see in the first picture. Another amazing use for beeswax in history.

All set up at ARM

We have now added Beeswax Bars to the website! They've been popular at our historical events with reenactors and artists, so now they are available online. Great for projects from sewing to conditioning longbow strings. 🪡🏹🐝

We had a great weekend in Worcester for the Multi Period History Event with our group. We did some show and tell of early medieval historical lighting and pottery including Medieval Candle Pots and Rush Lights...and we showed off our wealth with some Frankincense and Myrrh. 😉 It's a perfect opportunity for us to indulge our love of history alongside our business. We don't yet have any historically accurate lighting for sale but we plan to start making small quantities to sell at our historical events this year. Always get in touch if you would like us to make something specific. We are open to enquiries. 😊🔥

So lovely to notice the days are starting to get longer, the bright sun has been beautiful the last couple of days here. Our beeswax candles love the sun, and they cast beautiful shadows! Spring is coming. ☀️🐝

We are excited to say that we will be at again this May for the Beltain Festival. We look forward to seeing what kind of amazing creation will be going up flames this year! We are so thankful to be there again in 2024, it's always a pleasure. 🔥
