We are loving the memberships coming in and remember we do have the reduced fee until the end of February !

We are also offfering our usual raffle 🎟️🎟️
A chance for 2 free awards evening tickets for all memberships that are purchased before the end of January 🎉 the lucky membership number will be picked the 1st week in February.

Ticket numbers will go on the website on Monday (along with the schedule ) and then numbers will be updated weekend going forward.

🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄anybody wanting to rehome ( get rid of) their artificial Christmas trees we would gladly put them to use in our working hunter ring in may instead of then going to landfill. I am in Stourbridge on Sunday travelling from Coventry so I can collect any donations then or they can be dropped at my mom and dad’s 45 Meriden Avenue, Wollaston, Dy84qp. 🎄🎄🎄🎄

Sponsorship 2024

We have had a few requests regarding sponsorship for 2024. Our 2023 sponsors will have first refusal before we open offers up to others.

We only have 1 specialist per year as a sponsor eg- tack shop, horse transport, dentist etc so we can support them fully and send competitors their way when asked.

Memberships 🎉🎉

Memberships will open in January for everyone that is asking and wants to join. (For awards evening trophies/ points to count a minimum of 50% attendance must be achieved and trophies collected in person on the night).

For 2024 we will be introducing a new member referral system.

1. If you recommend a new member , and they join south staffs you will get a free class at either of the April shows.

2. If you recommend 2 new members you will get yourself a free annual membership.
