With September now upon us, it's time to get back into a routine and, for many of us, reset our health and fitness goals. I have two remaining time slots for 1-2-1 or buddy training on a Monday and Thursday as my studio in Pedmore, near HAGLEY. Working together we will create a personal programme tailored to your body goals.

Unfortunately I’m unable to resume classes at the moment due to the zillions of clubs that my children are now going to be back doing! 🤪 Due to other commitments I’m also unable to run daytime sessions at the moment aswell.
Those with credit remaining I’ll be in touch as I’ve got a record of your remaining classes and will process a refund to you all.
Thank you to everyone that got in touch to see when classes were restarting. I really hope that I’ll be able to run some sessions again in a few months.

Round one of my new programme with be launching Monday March 8th via Zoom.
4 weeks of maximum effort to get maximum results. Commitment is needed and you’ll need to put in at least three hours of Zoom a week. Each class will be 60 minutes long. (This takes us up to the Easter holidays.)

What are your body goals? Most importantly are you working out in the correct way to reach your goals? Theres no right or wrong - everyone has their own goal and their own opinion of their body.
Lately I've been chatting to lots of ladies who said they've been working so hard to exercise - they've been squatting, lunging, doing burpees to get their heart rate up and get a sweat on and burn calories, but actually they aren't seeing the results they desire.
I have a new programme launching soon to help women create longer, leaner muscles, without building up or bulking areas of your body. Focusing on reducing hip and waist measurements, whilst still getting a full body cardio workout.

I’m still working on a Zoom timetable. I can still PT 1-2-1 so I am waiting for clients to confirm their preferred slots and then will see when we can get some group Zoom sessions in.

....and just like that it’s all off the cards again with Tier 4 kicking in tonight. We showed willing and we wanted to get out and exercise in the fresh air but we will just put it on hold for now. We will soon be reunited my lovely lot.
