Key responsibilities will include: elements of basic administration, booking appointments in the daily diary, liaising with clients and prospective purchasers, carrying out property viewings as required. ๐

๐งโฐ Skills required to be successful within this role: a positive and enthusiastic attitude, a good and confident communicator both written and verbally, good timekeeping and customer service skills, well presented, a good team player and willing to learn ๐ค
๐ The role will require a full, clean UK Driving License and access to a car (this is essential) and good computer skills. Previous experience in a sales or administrative role are essential. ๐ป๐
๐ Working hours will be every Saturday from 9am โ 4pm, based at our Alcester office (49A High Street, Alcester, B49 5AF).
