Vic opened Welcombe Care in 2015 with colleague Debbie Reynolds alongside Dr Crowfoot and Martyn.

Why did you start working in care?
Iβve worked in the health and care sector since I was 18 in various different settings . I worked as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS before moving into the adult social care sector around 15 years ago . The crucial thing to me is enabling peoples independence . This remains our ethos at Welcombe Care. It is an absolute pleasure to support people to maintain their independent lives in their own home.
What are your hobbies?
Everyone knows this is dogs, tea drinking and swimming !
What three words best describe you?
Tea lover, calm and hysterical in equal measures
A quote of motivation from Vic - 'Just say yikes and move on!'
Congratulations again Vic on your nine years of service and here's to many many more!
