Sautรฉ prawns in lime, garlic & extra Virgin Olive oil, finished with a Sicilian pesto.
Slightly different to your normal pesto as it uses lots of crunchy almonds & super ripe tomatoes.
Great with a glass of Vermentino to start the weekend.

A great cheese perfect for the summer on the terrace w/ a glass of Provence rose.
There is a couple of dishes on the menu which we have always had difficulty changing over the years. As our regulars looks at us with raised eyebrows.
Chocolate Brioche pudding is one of them!
A take on the classic bread pudding, but we use a beautiful rich buttery brioche from our baker , we then add lots of chopped extra bitter chocolate and sauce anglaise and bake slowly for 40 minutes.
The smell is intoxicating and a must to finish any dinner.
Fried Breaded Cornish sole in olive oil and served on a light shallot & French bean salad, finished with a lemon, capers & x virgin olive oil dressing.

I Borboni "vulpus" Falanghina IGP, Campania Italy.
Falanghina is grown in Campania, in southern Italy. The vines thrive in the porous volcanic soils around Mount Vesuvius and the warm Mediterranean climate.
It has a fresh taste and light body, is savoury and rich in mineral salts with a return of citrus and a slightly smoky aftertaste.
Great with our squid ink Arancini.

Venezia Spritz as aperitivo for our Trentino/Venetian Supper club. So good , it has to go on list for summer. If you like drinking the OTHER ONE , youโll love this . Select bitter, Prosecco, soda & dash of olive brine. Fat green olive and fresh rosemary.
