Oooh I had a lovely day over at studios filming in the bistro! Actors life!

Here they are and they taste amazing too! using plain flour and butter for my vegan and coeliac friends! 4 flavours. Original, chocolate using coca powder, cardamom and lemon and poppy seed flavour with untaxed lemon zest.

It's biscuit baking week! trying to cater for my vegan friends using gluten free flour! Whilst I'm not either intolerant or lifestyle choices I really want to nail already proven shortbread biscuits to see how they react and not miss out on these delicious bite size biscuits! 4 different flavours!

This picture is something of a focal point for me. I’ve got the dates in here of when I wore this dress from I’m a diet consultant. I wore this dress at our annual convention in November. I didn’t feel great when had it on. I wasn’t on a great place. I jumped straight back on plan when I new we were coming out of winter into spring season. I started to feel awake again. Like a bear coming out of hibernation. Im also a background artist with I had the opportunity to wear it again for a film. Step 4/5 with going to gym 2/3 times a week doing several classes I enjoy. Some days were 3 classes in 1 day. Believe it or not, I’m the same weight in both pics but im much more leaner and trimmer. I love the fact that the 1:2 diet can be used to help you focus and get back in the zone of food prep and cooking. Lazy days where you can’t be bothered to make anything but you know you’ve got a product eat to tide you over before making a bad decision. Curbs hunger. Keeps you full for long periods of time. Warm weathers and making ice coolers just like coffee shops do and less of the calories and sugars! Calorie intake varied from 1200/1800 depending on gym days etc. you can do it too.
