Exciting news for Weston Super Mare! We’re teaming up with an innovative developer to bring Smart Homes to 13 housing association plots on an exciting new development.

Using advanced 3D Solar modelling, we’ve meticulously planned the integration of photovoltaic systems to match SAP consumption detail. When this is coupled with our cost effective state-of-the-art Zmart Hohm Energy Management package, we have the facility to optimise heating and shift loads for maximum efficiency. The average monthly bill for these plots will be -£4.35 per month!

Exciting News! 🌟 We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the South West Construction Academy in Bristol to launch the region’s first apprenticeship scheme for Smart Home Technicians!

As the demand for Smart Homes grows across the UK, this course becomes essential to train the next generation in Smart Home technology, creating a pool of talented professionals nationwide.

With the Future Home Standard on the horizon, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions and improve efficiency, the need for streamlined controls is more crucial than ever. Do homeowners really want multiple switches, interfaces, dials, or countless apps? No! We have a solution to integrate, optimise and automate all of this technology, bringing the home back to the ‘good ole days’ with modern day comfort & convenience - while further reducing energy & carbon. An update for all those who have been following Loxone and Zmart Hohm journey with eHome2.

The first results are out which relate to the study of the fabrics of the building, with the initial report outlining what the Loxone system is controlling. Be sure to read up about what was found via the link here:
