Firstly, we are focusing on Economic efficiency (applying a value per hour model against quoted and actual hours spent). This will be an essential tool for managing the efficiency of the quotation process as a driver for profitability.

The second pillar focuses on processing efficiency, and will be time driven and look purely at the production cycle, both to estimate and then graded against differentials in staff seniority and cost.

The third zooms in on reputational risk, with contract value weighted against delivery management so that late delivery can be measured not only in days but against financial risk of client dissatisfaction and potential loss of future business.

Had a lovely opportunity to do some “pro bono” work today. A disabled family friend and client of my wife had been victim of some online banking fraud.
Thankfully some experience with Card Scheme and recurring transaction rules meant a call that was beyond our friend was routine and refunds are all sorted.
