White Adder will be available very soon.... watch this space!

White Adder is a strong original style IPA using traditional English golding hops and pale planet malted barley. At 5.3% ABV its powerful full bodied character makes this beer a treat for all beer connoisseurs.

First brewed by Mauldons back in 1991 to sit aside our newly crowned GBBF supreme champion Black Adder to give a pale alternative in the strong bitter range.

We're all keen to hear what Head Brewer Steve says about our brews. Here's his notes for our five core ales 🍻:

Silver Adder brewers notes: Classic quaffing pale ale brewed as a modern style craft beer but still maintaining a traditional balanced identity.

Suffolk Pride brewers notes: Full bodied brewers strong bitter robust and smooth.
~
Black Adder brewers notes: Truly complex beer that connoisseurs will enjoy. A roasty, somewhat salty aroma with a hint of fruit introduces a chocolate palate that’s very light textured for the strength. Hints of red fruit, coffee and spicy bitterness come through.

Ploughmans brewers notes: Pale modern appearance but traditional mouthful with a delightful sweet finish. Gluten free bottles do not lose any character from its cask version, a summers BBQ must have.
~
Mole Trap brewers notes: Wonderful traditional 40 year old recipe that’s based on an original Mauldons bitter dating back to the early 1800’s.
