A big thank you to Ian and Hempstead art exhibition, for inviting me to display my work, this weekend. Both my hare and my seal pup sold. 😊

All setup for this weekends art exhibition and sale at Hempstead. Lots of fabulous work, by many artists. Exhibits from paintings to animal sculptures and ceramic ware to 2D wall plaques. Well worth a visit, free to visit and refreshments available. There’s even a draw prize where you can win a piece of artwork. All the artists have donated one piece and you can buy a ticket, to win something. All profits made to the local church.

First day done! I’m at Pensthorpe wildlife park, near Fakenham, north Norfolk. I am here until Sunday. It is an amazing place to visit, with so much to see and do. Beautiful lake and water park with so many different ducks. Flamingos, geese and other water birds, squirrels and the best play areas for children and really lovely walks for all.

The Deep, What lies beneath the ocean. This is inspired from an old piece of driftwood, that I found. We think from the way the holes are formed that it’s about 100 years old or older. Beautiful dark oak. Imagine the deep, on the sea bed and the creatures that would encrust a relic, left and forgotten.

Pensthorpe wildlife park 22nd Aug - 27th. Summer pop up shop. So excited to be joining them this coming week, with my sculptures and ceramic art and Wells beach photos 😀

Hempstead Annual Art Exhibition and Sale. This is the tenth year and I will be there with various hand sculpted pieces. 2nd - 3rd September.

Beaty of the sea

Busy seal sculpting, yesterday , selling fast at the Hand crafted company in Blakeney and Quay Art, in Wells. These two were still quite damp so I left in the evening air and early morning sun. Thank goodness it didn’t rain 😆

My obligatory visit to Wells, with my latest seal. Blossom loved the stormy weather and so did I. Very dramatic sky’s yesterday afternoon, and fantastic lighting. Only thing is I missed the one lightning shot by a split second.
