Doing What I Love
I have always loved to create and draw, but I never had much confidence. People told me I should “put myself out there” and do what I enjoy, but soon there were bills to pay and I was swept along in a career in retail. I reached a turning point when I recently hit a milestone and realised I was not where I wanted to be, not following my dreams. Retail has taught me how to be more confident in speaking to people and be commercially aware, so I decided to push through those remaining insecurities and go for it. Being a big animal lover and a dog owner, pet portraits have become my main focus. Having done my first few craft fairs and sold artwork and commissions, I hope my little business will continue to grow and keep me busy doing what I love. Thank you for visiting my page!
