Moo Moo Cakes is 10 years old. How did that happen?!
What a journey it has been. We moved to Suffolk with little babies and I wanted to try my hand at starting my own business. First with birthday cakes then got very lucky to get contracts with coffee shops that then created amazing opportunities with . I’ve won awards, been featured in magazines, newspapers and local radio. Now, I am honoured to be given the trust to create wedding beauties in the most gorgeous locations.
The power of kindness and the incredible souls I have met on my journey have led me to where I am now and I am always so grateful.

9 years ago, this July. This was me with my first ever Moo Moo Cakes wedding cake. I WAS TERRIFIED. Shaking like a leaf. My partner Paul drove me to the venue and took this photo of me whilst I assembled and dressed her. Can you tell I was nervous?

Born in the East End of London in the 80’s. I know, I am practicality vintage.
I have a degree in Media and worked in woman’s magazines for years. I was the office ‘feeder’ and that’s how my cake journey started.
I am a mum of three. Moo Moo Cakes is 10 years old this year and is named after my eldest daughter.
I love colourful sunsets, being by the sea, birds that fly in formation and a sense of calm.
A great flat white is a thing of joy. It’s my daily ritual.
I never compromise on food. Will travel for mind-blowing, memorable meals and ingredients. Lucky for me in Suffolk we have some knock-out beauties.

I am a loyal, honest and generous person who loves a natter.

Really like the contemporary elegance of this wedding beauty - makes me excited for spring to arrive. The colour scheme for the wedding was cream, pale yellow and green. The design was inspired by the incredibly talented .

Making a wedding cake for a flavourist was always going to be a nerve-racking thing, but it was right up my street. I am obsessed with flavour. I have enclosed the menu of flavours that filled their tummies and warmed their souls.
Palette knife textures with elements of colour and edible gold leaf to compliment their colour scheme. With an emerald stencil for the middle tier to elevate the design and in keeping with their vibe.

Really loved the free flowing nature of this wedding beauty. Stunning roses providing different shapes, height colour and texture. Guarding three tiers of organic chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and wrapped in a full blanket of vanilla buttercream.
After I assembled, dressed and took this photo, we moved her in to position in the wedding marquee for the cake cutting. Fresh is always best, especially on warm sunny days✨
