Help sort our website.
We are working to change and improve the libraries website. We would like to invite you to help us shape this by participating in an online card sort exercise.

What's a card sort?
We take all items from all topic areas on the website and ask you to group them in the way that makes most sense to you. We analyse the groups that everyone suggests to find the ones that most people use, and base the website structure on them.

For example, here's a list of items:

Apple
Banana
Onion
Carrot
Some people may group the apple and banana under 'fruit' and the onion and carrot under 'veg'. But some might group the apple and onion under 'round things' and the banana and carrot under 'long things'. We look at everyone's groups and choose the one we think most people will use.

How do I contribute?
Simple click on the link and follow the instructions. Once you're happy with the groups you've created, you can submit them to us through at the end.

It should take about 15 minutes to complete.

What happens after that?
We'll analyse all the submissions and start drafting a new website structure based on our findings. As we start building the website we'll carry out user testing to make sure the groups work in practice.
