We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a support worker. You will be based in our supported accommodation in Sunderland. The position is full-time, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week.

Garden clean up with everyone involved. The residents are encouraged to join in with all aspects of daily living, including keeping their home clean and tidy, what a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when it's complete. 🏡

Monday morning and we are all feeling fresh after a house clean with our residents
We also provide support to residents to access online courses to develop daily living skills and even better receive a certificate at the end of it. 💯🎖

As the summer slowly creeps away and the season changes it's nice to look at some of the lovely summer days we have had at West Lodge. Keeping active in the garden 🏀

A bus ride from our supported accommodation is the beautiful city of Durham. A perfect day had by all and I must say the photos are 👍

We might have been a little quiet on our Social Media pages over the last few weeks but that doesn't mean we have been quiet at West Lodge.
Yesterday the staff and residents spent a few hours building up the new garden furniture for hopefully more sun ☀️

Today a few residents are getting the bus to Durham to walk around the river and up to the Cathedral. Photo's pending..........

Today we were joined by Ash from Inclusion Housing Liam from Pinpoint and colleagues from Sunderland City Council, as we opened our second service in Sunderland, Rectory Lodge.
We have 12 apartments available for people who require low-level support.
