One of our most sought after range of products. Too good to just spread on toast. These artisan preserves really are something special. The marmalades alone make a perfect cake (and cocktail) ingredient.

Made in very small batches, by hand, here in the north-east using seasonal british produce.
These award winning jams and chutneys have been given an interesting flavour twist and are, rightly so, in high demand.

It's worth reading up on Bridget's (fat lass) story. The ethos around her eco-friendly business is quite remarkable.

We get a fresh bread delivery twice weekly here at Carmichael's, Tuesday and Friday, from
Established in 1984, they have been supplying many hotels, restaurants and cafes in the North East from their bakery in South Shields.

Their brie and jalapeño bread is particularly nice when warmed in the oven and served with a 'picky tea'. 😋

Gordal Picante Olives -
Large, pitted green Gordal olives are crisp and have a firm, meaty texture. Packed in a spicy brine with pieces of Guindilla chilli for a noticeable touch of heat. Grown in the olive heartlands of Seville in Andalusia.

Manzanilla Picante Olives -
Manzanilla olive is a quintessential Spanish olive and the most popular table olive in Spain and fantastic with a martini.
Medium sized, green, pitted Manzanilla olives have a good proportion of flesh to stone. They have a mild, gently bitter flavour with a little heat from chopped pieces of pickled guindilla chilli.

Cocktail Picante Olives and pickle mix -

Pitted green Manzanilla olives and black Cuquillo olives with stones, combined with pickled silverskin onions and baby gherkins in a spicy marinade spiked with pickled guindilla chilli.
