Good morning ladies and gents, Chris here - so as you are all aware the store has been closed for the last two weeks without any notification as to why or reason. Due to a family crisis, which we will not be disclosing on here the store had to be closed.

Friends, family nor clients could get in touch with us over the two week period and both Steph and I wholeheartedly apologise for this. For those of you who visit our store daily, weekly, or as and an when needed basis, you know us. You know that we are not scammers / robbers or the like. We go above and beyond to help each and every client as best we can however, due to the family crisis, we went off radar and simply put - family came first. We, as a business and a family, did not plan nor for-see this happening and it completely shook us to our core. We did not expect this kind of thing to occur.

We have received messages, whattsapps, texts, facebook messages, webstore messages and even one hand-written letter through our home letter box! We understand the frustration and concern. We get it. Truly we do. I would like to reassure all our valued friends, clients alike - that those who needed refunds - have been refunded.
Those who, once the situation had been explained and apologised in person to, even shook my hand after the personal visit (One even gave me a big hug!) and explained that what has been put online was out of pure frustration and nothing more. Both Steph and I are fortunate to have such wonderful clients who not only appreciate what we do as a little print shop but also appreciate us as friends.

Our main failure was communication on this occasion and again, we both are truly sorry for what has transpired here. All clients who were affected by our absence orders held wise will be compensated as is expected. We will be reaching out to those clients in the coming days.

We are reviewing our business plan to ensure that this kind of scenario, should it ever arise again, that we have clear - well placed plan in place to address the situation head on. I will be spending most of today going through admin to reply to each and every message, email, communication received etc.

I am aiming for the store to be re-opened as normal hours on Tuesday 27th. This will be CONFIRMED further down the line but for today, I personally wanted to thank each and every individual who has sent well wishes, messages of concern for our well being, and even the few that offered assistance - even one lady offered to sit and take messages on our behalf. SO both Steph and I thank you, again and we look forward to returning to work as swiftly as possible. As you all know, we love our a little print shop. We love seeing you all popping in, hearing about your projects and successes and more.
